PAYMENT POLICY:  50% non refundable deposit is required to secure your order.

  • Cancelling order PRIOR to 5 business days of your event or delivery date will result in the loss of the non-refundable deposit.
  • Ask your sales rep for details on inclement weather that may allow your deposit to be forwarded to your next event booking within 1 year of original date and a booking of equal or greater value.
  • Canceling order WITHIN 4 business days of your event or delivery date will result in the loss of the non-refundable deposit.  Entertainers, catering, trucking, staffing charges will require full payment.
  • Full fees are due prior to or on the day of the event.

 

DELIVERY POLICY:  unless specified on your invoice, a delivery time may be from 9:00am to 6:00pm on a date specified on your order.  If there are any delays or an earlier delivery time option, someone from our office will reach out to you to re-confirm delivery timing.  We will require accessibility to your event venue (home, backyard, banquet hall, park, etc).  Ensure someone is available to direct our staff as to where to deliver and setup the equipment.  If our staff arrive on site to a locked location, there may be additional fees for a second attempt to deliver the product.  Please ask your sales rep for details.
