BALLOON DARTS GAME FEATURES:
This game features one full scale printed image of an assortment of balloons, enticing graphics and designs, as well as carnival style font on its face. The entire image is essentially a sheet of metal to which the magnetic darts will stick to. A meld of beautifully bright and vibrant colours amplify its presence and will surely promote attention.
When setup, this A-frame game stands at roughly 3.8’H x 2’W x 2’Deep.
HOW TO PLAY:
Gently toss the magnetic dart at the board and aim for the printed balloons of your choice. Get as many darts to stick on the balloon spots as possible! Don’t throw too hard or the balloon will bounce off the board. Assign a point scale to the ballons or simply play for fun.
✅ DID YOU KNOW…?
On September 27, 1986, the United Way of Greater Cleveland organized a massive helium balloon release party, known as “Balloon Fest 86”, with intention of setting a World Record for the most balloons released simultaneously. The idea was designed to raise funds and generate publicity for the city. While initially expected to be an exciting, record-breaking extravaganza, the event turned into a catastrophic disaster. Massive shifts in winds, and continual rain, caused the balloons to sink back down onto the city, causing dangerous traffic, clogged waterways, airport emergencies, and even the loss of life as a result of the coast guards inability to conduct a search-and-rescue mission of two missing fishermen. It now symbolizes the consequence of large events that have been poorly planned, with little attention to environmental impact and public safety.
